Christi Berger
A graduate of Texas Tech university with a J.D. and M.B.A., Christi Berger is a partner and founding member of Berger and Street Law PLLC. Christi was admitted to the Texas State Bar in 2006 and began her career in the real estate industry as in-house general counsel for a real estate development company with several mixed-use developments throughout the state of Texas and beyond. In that role, she has handled almost every aspect of commercial real estate development such as negotiating and closing transactions and operating agreements with various major national anchors, negotiating retail leases with various regional and national anchors, negotiating ground leases and build-a-suits; closing sales of developed properties to REITs and investors. She has represented all forms of transactional clients such as buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, developers, architects, and others in various real estate transactions throughout her 14 year career. Her legal practice also focuses on estate planning such as wills and estates, LLC formations and agreements, partnership and joint venture formations and agreements, and other various general commercial and residential real estate transactions.

Penrod Street
Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, Penrod Street is a partner at Berger and Street Law PLLC. Penrod began his career working for his family in the restaurant industry at which point he switched professions and began to work for a real estate development and architecture company. He was admitted to the Texas State Bar in 2018 and has since begun to use his experience in the restaurant and real estate industries to grow his transactional legal practice. His legal practice focuses on landlord and tenant representation and negotiations involving commercial real estate transactions and leases, buyer and seller representation and negotiations in transactions involving residential and commercial real estate, lien filings and releases, partnership and joint venture formations and agreements, and general business and commercial contracts of all types.
